Join the team at Raine & Horne - Waihi, a leading real estate agency renowned for its exceptional service and industry expertise. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Assistant Property Manager.

Location: Waihi

Hours: Part-time, 9 am - 5 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Senior Property Manager. This position entails supporting the management of our existing property portfolio. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of property management services.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering collaborative and specialised customer service to both tenants and property owners. Your responsibilities include:

 

  • Issue inspection notices to tenants in line with legislation
  • Complete inspections and reports making note of anything that should be brought to the Landlord’s attention
  • Monitor Healthy Homes compliance requirements for rental portfolio and work with Landlords to ensure compliance
  • General administration – e.g Enter creditor and tenant invoices, reply to emails, etc
  • Issue work orders where required
  • Complete relevant PM web-based training
