Over the past month my wife and I have been in the process of purchasing an apartment in Paihia. We both live in Auckland so there has been a distance element of this purchase. Sue Kelley has been facilitating this sale during this time. The distance from where we live to the property could have caused problems in getting local builders to check out the apartment, especially when issues did arise and builders and decorators were needed to carry out inspections and making good building work. As far as we were concerned Sue went above and beyond what we thought a property agent would normally do. She not only arranged and monitored all the work but kept us up to date with the progress on a daily and weekly basis with phone calls and emails. It has been some time since we brought a property so didn't really remember the process. Sue was very patient and walked us through the steps. We found Sue Kelley first class to deal with, kept us informed all the way, apartment knowledge as good as it gets, negotiating skills excellent, plus while the agreement was still conditional Sue kept working the apartment hard right up until the agreement went unconditional.
