What you will need to succeed

• REA licensed and registered for a minimum of 6 months
• A track record of listing and selling, with the ability to generate leads and close deals
• Local market knowledge and a collaborative mindset
• Confidence with digital marketing tools, or a willingness to learn
• A great sense of humour
