- Raine & Horne launches Wellington franchise
Australasian real estate super brand Raine & Horne has expanded its footprint of more than 60 offices across New Zealand by establishing a presence in Wellington.
The latest expansion is led by Principal Paul Billinghurst and business partner Neville Ruske, who run five Raine & Horne Offices in the Bay of Plenty and by lead agent Paul Dickason and colleague Nick Eagle who are operating on the ground to establish the brand and grow the business in the Capital.
Paul Billinghurst, who along with Neville, shared the prestigious Max Raine award for integrity, leadership and entrepreneurial spirit at the company’s recent national conference, said the opportunity to fly the Raine & Horne flag in Wellington was too good to pass up when Paul Dickason suggested a partnership.
“Paul is an excellent operator, very well networked and has 18 years real estate experience, including 12 years leading the Wellington business of another national real estate firm with two years on that group’s national board.
“Both he and Nick Eagle, who has more than15 years of related experience, know every nuance of the Wellington property market, understand what makes Wellingtonian’s tick and are masters at selling their vendor’s properties.
“They are the perfect first ambassadors to showcase Raine & Horne’s commitment to providing exceptional service and expertise to vendors, buyers, investors and tenants,” Paul Billinghurst added.
Paul Dickason said he had been impressed by the “truly exceptional” way Paul Billinghurst and Neville Ruske empowered the teams at the Bay of Plenty offices and helped them achieve great outcomes for their sellers and buyers.
A key point of differentiation was Raine & Horne’s sophisticated but simple to use systems and processes that freed up salespeople to focus on what matters most, selling and managing properties. But the stand-out competitive advantage was Raine & Horne’s first-to-market AI-powered social media marketing platform, Amplify.
“When I put all these things together there was no doubt that Raine & Horne was a great fit for what I want to achieve in Wellington for Wellingtonians over time,” Paul Dickason said.
“With Raine & Horne behind you, you’ve got the technology, confidence and freedom to get out there and go for it.”
He continued, “While conditions have been challenging in Wellington for the past two or three years, there is massive potential for expansion in this market as conditions improve in the next 12 to 18 months and more Mums and Dads feel comfortable entering the market and partnering with a realtor who can really deliver,” Dickason said.
Raine & Horne New Zealand General Manager James Shepherd welcomed Paul and Nick into the Raine & Horne family and said he was looking forward to seeing what they could achieve with the firm’s groundbreaking AI and social media marketing tool, Amplify, and its online sales and property management appraisal platform which were proving to be a game-changer for other teams.
“These systems will help Paul and Nick unlock their potential and turbocharge Raine & Horne’s expansion in the nation’s capital, which is a major milestone and a critical next step as we continue our impressive network growth across the country,” James said.
