After 30 years in the hospitality industry – 20 of them owning her own cafes and restaurants, Shelley is no stranger to hard work. Her history in customer-focused industries helped her hone her business acumen and communication skills. She prides herself on taking the time to build relationships, understand your needs and put together a plan achieve your goals.

Working in the Invercargill franchise with husband Mark Elder, Shelley is used to managing competing priorities to achieve results under pressure. She thrives on meeting and exceeding high customer expectations with honesty and integrity.

Outside of work, Shelley loves to spend time with her family and explore New Zealand with her husband.
